Frequently Asked Questions

If you don't see your question here, contact us by email for an answer at webmaster@WearableInspiration.com.

  1. What shipping options do you offer?

First class U.S. mail is the least expensive way to ship. Expedited U.S. mail options and UPS options are provided for those who need more immediate delivery. You can specify your choice during checkout. A one dollar handling charge is added to the amount changed by UPS or the USPS. Typically, shipping and handling totals less than $3 for a single iitem.

  2. What backing is used on the earrings?

A variety of backings are available. Fish hooks are available in bright copper, antique copper, gold-filled, sterling silver, surgical steel, gunmetal (known to be hypoallergenic), and surgical steel with an added copper accent. Lever backs are available in gold and sterling silver. Posts are available in gold, silver-tone, surgical steel and antique copper. Clips for those without pierced ears in silver and gold tones.

  3. How long are the necklaces?

The length of each necklace is given. Most necklaces can be shortened, but not necessarily lengthened. Contact us at designer@WearableInspiration.com with your request and we will try to accommodate you. Unless noted, all of our necklace clasps are toggles. Other clasps are available if you would prefer something different than is provided. Please make your request for a change at the time you place your order. Chokers and some of the other necklaces are made with hooks and chains so that the size is adjustable.

  4. What is your return policy?

The return policy is fully explained at Returns Policy.

  5. How long are the bracelets?

Most bracelets are about 7 1/2 inches. A bracelet should be one inch bigger than your wrist. Custom bracelets can be made to any size. Most styles can be made on either stretch cord or wire. Bracelets on wire can be made with toggle, box, lobster claw or magnetic clasps. Magnetic clasps are only available in gold and silver tones, not in copper.
